Bazı biyoinsektisitlerin Aphis fabae ve Acyrthosiphon pisum (Hemiptera: Aphididae) üzerindeki etkileri

In this study, the effects of commercially available entomopathogens, Nibortem (Verticillium lecani), Met52 (Metarhizium anisopliae), Nostalgist (Beauveria bassiana) and Priority (Paecilomyces fumosoroseus), a herbal insecticide, Nimbecidine (Azadirachtin), on pest aphids, Aphis fabae Acyrthosiphon pisum, were investigated. The corrected mortalities they caused to A. 78.41%, 87.50%, 65.91%, 63.64% 86.36%, respectively, 63.33%, 86.67%, 64.44%, 62.22% 86.67% 5th day. mean numbers live individuals day 1.9, 1.1, 3.0, 3.2 1.2, pisum 3.3, 3.2, 3.4 respectively. Metarhizium anisopliae Azadirachtin more effective against both aphids than other three bioinsecticides. This research suggests that these two applied bioinsecticides could be in control aphid pests but field is needed for confirmation.
